ToolSigma ("ToolSigma," "we," "us," or "our") provides white-label websites, CRM, and related software for real estate brokerages and agents. This Privacy Policy applies to toolsigma.com, our customer applications, and related services (the "Services").

2. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Account information — name, email, phone, business name, and login credentials when you sign up or manage a workspace.
- Billing information — plan selection and payment-related details processed by our payment partner (Paddle). We do not store full card numbers on ToolSigma servers.
- Customer content — listings, media, leads, calendar data, website content, and similar materials you or your visitors submit through the Services.
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location used for security, diagnostics, and product improvement.
- Communications — messages you send to support or sales.
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services
- Authenticate users and secure accounts
- Process subscriptions and send service-related notices
- Respond to inquiries and provide support
- Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and comply with law
- Analyze product usage in aggregate to improve features
We do not sell personal information.
4. Lead and visitor data
If you use ToolSigma to publish a website or capture inquiries, you are the controller of that visitor data. We process it on your behalf to deliver the Services (for example, storing leads and routing messages). You are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required for your visitors.
5. Sharing
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run ToolSigma (hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support tools), under confidentiality obligations
- Payment processors such as Paddle, which process payments as described in their own privacy notices
- Integrations you enable (for example GoHighLevel), when you connect those accounts
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and understanding how the marketing site and apps are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Data retention
We retain account and service data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account; some records may remain where we are legally required to keep them.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; please use a strong password and keep credentials confidential.
9. Your choices
- Update account profile details in the app
- Opt out of non-essential marketing emails via unsubscribe links
- Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@toolsigma.com
10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. International users
ToolSigma is operated for US real estate professionals. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand information may be processed in the US.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
